On why you cannot deny the Resurrection and be a Christian.

“The Jesus we encounter in the NT is not an image, symbol, or source of meaning pointing to something else higher or more basic. Jesus is Jesus of Nazareth, a particular first century Jew who died on a Roman cross and was raised by God on the third day. Jesus is radically and unsubstitutably himself. He is not a picture window through which we catch glimpses of eternity; rather, he is that which we see when we look through the window of Scripture and the apostolic testimony. He is not a means, or even an example, but the End.”

– Joe Mangina.
